Black Pepper

Black pepper is a flowering Vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, known as Peppercorn, which is usually dried. Black pepper is produced from the still-green, unripe drupe of the pepper plant. The drupes are cooked briefly in hot water which ruptures the cell walls in the pepper. The drupes are dried for several days, during which the pepper skin around the seed shrinks and darkens into thin, wrinkled black layer.
This pack contains freshly harvested, carefully processed Black pepper to deliver natural flavor and goodness. It is free from artificial colours.
Store under dry and cool conditions. Transfer the contents to an air tight container after opening.
